Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We
do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Currencies
- United States

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States are priced and charged in U.S.
Dollars (USD).
- Canada
- Orders shipped to addresses in Canada are priced and charged in Canadian
Dollars (CAD).
- The currency used for your order is determined by your shipping country and/or the
currency you select at the top of our site. The total amount shown at checkout in
USD or CAD is the same amount that will be charged to your card. We do not
perform any additional currency conversion at checkout.
If your card is issued in another country or currency, your bank may apply its own
currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. Any such fees are charged by your
bank or card issuer, not by us.
Authorizations and Charges
- When you place an order, your bank may place an authorization hold on your card
for the order amount. The final charge is captured when your order is confirmed.
If a payment is declined or flagged for review, we may contact you to verify
information or cancel the order if we cannot complete verification.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at
checkout. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10
business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
