1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
  • If your shipping location is not in the United States or Canada, we are unable to ship to your region at this time.
  • For orders shipped to Canada, international import rules may apply. See the section on duties and taxes below.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.For oCanadian orders: Additional processing time (1–2 business days) may apply to verify shipping details, prepare customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoice), and ensure compliance with the destination country’s import regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • For standard shipping within the United States: The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • For Canadian orders: The estimated delivery time varies by destination, ranging from 10–25 business days after dispatch. 

4. Shipping Carriers

  • Within the United States: We primarily ship orders using USPS.
  • For Canadian orders: We partner with USPS International for reliable delivery. The specific carrier will be selected based on the destination, package weight, and delivery speed.
    A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. For orders shipped within the United States, the tracking number may only provide updates until the package reaches the destination country’s customs office; further tracking may be available through the local postal service or carrier’s international portal.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor the package status.
  • For U.S. orders: Tracking information updates in real time and covers the entire delivery journey.
  • ForCanadian orders: Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update initially. After the package leaves the U.S., tracking updates may be less frequent, and you may need to use the destination country’s local postal service website .

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

For U.S. Orders:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) for possible delivery to a alternate location.
  2. Contact USPS directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details.

For Canadian orders:

  1. First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as customs clearance or international transit may cause unforeseen delays.
  2. Check with local postal services or customs authorities using your tracking number—packages may be held for unpaid duties/taxes or additional documentation.
  3. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices) for missed deliveries.
If you still cannot locate your package:
  • For U.S. orders: Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • For Canadian orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date (to account for extended international transit and customs timelines).
