Refund & Return Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please  review our refund and return policy below.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
– Be unworn and unwashed
– Have all original tags and labels attached
– Be in their original packaging (if applicable)
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as final sale or marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for return. Any such exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.
If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for your original item.
In cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
4. Return shipping costs
– If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a prepaid return label where available.
– For change-of-mind returns (for example, wrong size ordered or no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. How to request a return
Before sending anything back, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
If the item is defective, please include clear photos of the issue. Our team will confirm whether your return is approved and provide instructions.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within
5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the stated timeframe, please first check withyour bank or card issuer. If you still have not received it, contact us
8. International and Canadian Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the carrier are non-refundable by us. If you return an item, we will refund the product price (and our original shipping fee only where required by law and if the return is due to our error). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your refund.
